Our Leadership Track is set up in different levels. These levels help show the difference in qualifications and responsibilities. Our leaders are able to choose how involved they would like to be.

A Ministry Helper assists a ministry leader in their area of ministry.

A Ministry Leader is responsible for an area of ministry.

A Ministry Head oversees Ministry Leaders that are connected by a common purpose.
