HELPING HANDS MEAL MINISTRY
Our Vision: To serve our church family through meals in their time of need.
Our Mission: "People serving God by serving you!"
Scripture: Romans 12:12-13 "Rejoicing in hope, persevering in tribulation, devoted to prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, practicing hospitality."
Our Objective: To provide families with meals when there has been a death in the family, a birth in the family or someone is post surgical.
Christa Nelson contacts the team and arranges for meal preparation to the family we will be serving. The team prepares meals and communicates with each family regarding timing for the delivery of meals to our church family.
It will take all of us keeping in touch with each other and relaying information to Christa of those in our body who are in need or our services and when for "Helping Hands Meals Ministry" to be an effective ministry.
This will not be an everyday event and if you aren't able to serve in a specific instance we will completely understand. Your membership to our team just means that you can be called on to volunteer to prepare meals if you are available.
We are looking for people to be a part of this team, that will serve our church family in their time of need, by preparing meals.
