GENERAL OVERSEER
Francis Frangipane (wife Denise) is the founding Pastor of River of Life.
Besides being the presiding leader of our pastoral team, Francis also oversees the pulpit ministry and, together with the associate pastors and elders, he provides spiritual direction for our church.
Francis is also the author of many books and has been used by the Lord to unite thousands of church leaders in hundreds of cities around the world.
LEAD PASTOR
Steve Irwin is our Lead Pastor and covers Pastoral Care
Under Francis' authority, Steve (wife Ginny) serves the body and the staff at River of Life to implement directives in the day to day operations of the church.
In Francis' absence, Steve carries the responsibility to see there is continuity in the vision and direction of River of Life.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Zach is an Associate Pastor and he and his wife, Sarah, oversee the Youth Ministry at River of Life. Their heart is to see young people equipped, trained, and released to fulfill God's calling on their lives. They are passionate about reaching out to the next generation with the life changing message and power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Brian Fink is an Associate Pastor/Pastoral Care
Brian's primary responsibility is pastoral care of the congregation here in the River of Life family. Brian also oversees our Benevolence Ministries.
Brian and his wife Kelly are a great strength to the staff needs here at River of Life.

Brent Watkins is an Associate Pastor and oversees the Technical/Media Ministries
Brent (wife Jackie) has a strong focus on reconciliation and he, too, is a teacher of God's Word. Through Brent's oversight, most of our Sunday morning teachings are edited and then sent to several international Christian television networks. Jackie Watkins is an Associate Pastor and oversees Women's Ministry/Pastoral Care
Jackie (husband Brent) has a zeal for seeing the church equipped towards maturity in Christlikeness and released into their destiny in God.
Jackie is a passionate teacher of God's Word, and has a heart for personalizing the truth through the message of Jesus Christ. Jackie provides pastoral oversight for women through small groups, personal prayer and healing, mentoring and is available to meet one on one with women.
ASSOCIATE PASTOR EMERITUS
Roger Goodson is an Associate Pastor Emeritus
Roger makes himself available for Baptisms and Pastoral Care. Roger and his wife Norma bring years of pastoral experience to serve the Lord here at River of Life.
