Advancing Church Ministries (ACM) - Sent Ministry
Advancing Church Ministries (ACM) is Francis' "traveling" ministry. As Francis goes into a city to hold a conference, he is interested in the whole church in that area. God has graciously used him to call leadership to unity and to help prepare a standing army of intercessors in that region. We believe we have not been released by the Lord to pursue "normal" church conference strategies. We are seldom, if ever, free to speak to one congregation exclusively, since the very heart of our message requires the working together of pastors in an attitude of humility and vision. We have, at this time, been restricted by the Lord to speaking only in areas where the pastors are meeting together at least once a month for prayer. We see these pastors as "first-fruits" of the entire church. Their faith, and that of the committed intercessors, is the platform upon which our message is presented to the greater church body in the area.

ICIT Equipping Small Group Garbes Apr 09
In Christ's Image Training Our vision is to see hundreds of thousands of pastors and intercessors - people from all walks of life - focus their energies on becoming Christlike. Remember, Isaiah wrote that the "glory of the Lord" shall rise upon His people. It's not the glory of our culture or gender, denomination or local church: we are seeking the glory of God's Son to be revealed through us. Our confidence is that every time the Father sees His Son manifest upon the earth, His heart is "well-pleased." If we truly reveal Jesus, we too will awaken the pleasure of God. It is our burning conviction that when the Father's pleasure is stirred, His redemptive power soon follows. In Christ's Image Training provides two levels of foundational teaching, plus an annual on-site seminar and an opportunity to join Advancing Church Ministries Association. Level I offers a six-month training opportunity. Each week two teachings will be sent to you via email. Accompanying these uniquely selected teachings will be thirty-nine audio teachings on twenty-four CDs. The messages for Level I represent those spiritual values that have been proven, both in Pastor Frangipane's ministry and countless others as well. Level I training focuses upon the vision of attaining Christlikeness, with added tracks on humility, redemptive intercession, and commitment to unity in the body of Christ. The student who successfully walks through this Level I training will receive much more than just theological knowledge; the disciple will obtain a living, functioning impartation from the Holy Spirit (See Rom. 1:11, I Thess. 2:8, and Matt. 10:41).

ICIT Level 1 1st Track: Christlikeness Class
To know Jesus Christ is to understand what He did as our redeemer; it is to behold Who He is as God's Son; and it is to obey what He said as Lord of life. Yet, the church has minimized the significance of Jesus' teaching and offered manmade traditions instead of true discipleship. Jesus taught that if we loved Him, we would keep His Word. No one can ever hope to attain Christlikeness without being passionate about following all that Jesus taught. This class will focus upon the vision of becoming Christlike and understanding the teachings of Christ. Pastor Steve will be teaching this Sept 7th - Oct 12th on Sunday evenings 6pm in Room A/B.

ICIT Level 1 2nd Track: Humility Class
What is humility that it so attracts the pleasure of God? Why is this virtue so esteemed in Christ's eyes; why are pride and rebellion so offensive? In this class we will learn the joy and power of the meek and what it means to obtain the endorsement of God. In the second manual of In Christ's Image Training, we will study the characteristics of meekness and why it attracts the attention of God. We will discover that meekness is the sub-structure and sustainer of transformation. We will better understand why the Almighty said, "To this one I will look, to him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My Word" (Isaiah 66:2). Pastor Sherry will be teaching this class on Sunday evenings at 6 pm in room A/B starting Nov 2nd-Dec 21st 2008.

ICIT Level 1 3rd Track: Prayer Class
The Book of Acts reveals that the early apostles were devoted to the Word of God and prayer. Like Jesus Himself, they drew their spiritual power from God, which they found in the place of prayer. They were not judgmental, they were "prayer-mental." Daily, these disciples met for corporate intercession and throughout history the church was never more powerful. Contrary to the way of western religion, spiritual power does not emerge from human ingenuity; power comes from time spent with God in prayer. Students will not only explore the variety of roles prayer plays in scripture, they will learn how to make prayer the cornerstone of their ministry. Pastor Jackie Watkins will be teaching this class on Sunday evenings at 6 pm in room A/B starting Jan 4th-Feb 8th 2009.

ICIT Level 1 4th Track: Unity Class
Jesus taught that a house divided cannot stand. Knowing the devil's power to divide people, Jesus prayed earnestly for oneness in His church. Indeed, it is this Christ-centered, unified church that changed the world in the first century and our unity is again what God will use to transform our world in the last century. This class will release students with Christ's vision concerning unity and Holy Spirit power to engender unity among Christians. Pastor Zach Blickens will be teaching this class on Sunday evenings at 6 pm in room A/B starting March 1st - April 5th 2009.

ICIT Level II: Growing In Christ Class

GOALS:To broaden the isciple's experience with the various graces and expressions of God's anointing currently maturing in the body of Christ. To provide introductory avenues leading to further training and impartation from leaders beyond the ICIT structure. Temporarily Unemployed?
"For the Lord watches over the plans and paths of godly men" Ps. 1:6 Living Bible Jesus was a carpenter, Peter a fisherman and Paul a tent maker. Having a job is a God given desire. There are times when having a job can be difficult to attain. Working in jobs that are not the desires of our hearts can be frustrating. Discouragement and lack of confidence are eager to keep us from all God wants for us. There are also employers who are in need of excellent employee. Sometimes a listening ear is good to have. The good news is prayer is waiting to happen. Contact Ted and Martie Fangman with prayer needs for employment and job opportunities. Email prayforwork@mchsi.com. Call 319-560-PRAY (7729).
